Paul Leslie has over 30 years of international experience in the fields of public relations, project developement, communication and marketing in six different sectors (rail transport, renewable energies, foreign affaires, telecommunications, historic places, tourism). General Secretary of the Association Trans Europe TGV Rhin-Rhône-Méditerranée (Rhine-Rhône High Speed Line Association) since 2012 he has held a range of roles in France and New Zealand within the public and private sectors such as Director of Development, Head of Community Relations, Director of Communications, and Head of Tourism Marketing. He is an independent board member of Transitec Ingénieurs Conseils (CH) and chairs the Advisory Board of the European Grouping for Territorial Cooperation (EGTC) Interregional Alliance for the Rhine-Alpine Corridor -NL/DE/FR/CH/IT).
